8.0Privaatsus, piisavalt suur õueala vaba aja veetmiseks mitmekülgne saunade esitlus, suured telekad, millel oli palju programme, hea tehnikaga köögiplokk koos piisava invertari varustusega.
− Magamistubades puudusid sääsevõrgud ja kaminasaali konditsioneer, mis ei taganud muude ruumide jahutust. Majas oli paigaldatud ventilatsioon (vähemalt olid plafoonid) kuid see ei töötanud - oleks saanud 9ööjahutusega ruumide kliimat paremaks.

− *Слабо работал кондиционер, но это не испортило нам пребывание. Но я бы обратила на это внимание для того, что бы следующим гостям было более комфортно.

10.0Недалеко от Таллинна, наличие всего необходимого на кухне. Приятный бонус- это кофейная машина, наполненная кофейными зернами.
− Температура на улице была минус 15 и мы не смогли воспользоваться бочкой.:(
