− dirty, small! There are many bugs and cockroaches in the house. The price is very high.

9.0Great location as always, 35 years visiting merimbula. Yard great, facilities great. Lounge tv couldnt use netflix and took a while for the bluray player to even connect but ended up fine. Not sure if ugot firmware restricting some features but all in all great place 7foot fences spot on for privacy being a backfront yard. Love the pictures, wall hangings etc. Garage was great for our paddle boards. The 5 of us and 2 dogs had a great time staying there, thanks. Internet was reallly good as well. Such a great place for people with pets.
− No front door without walking in the ysrd. Was totally surprised when someone walked in ended up the gardener but others might have gotten really scared. i asked if he was told to call first but says he wasnt. 2 dogs, little one barked so i was worried he would kick it away.. size of a jack russel not threatening at all. I kept the border collie inside just incase. Advise you need a ringer at the gate, wireless doorbell, or message the holidayers advising of the time he arrives. Also technician tried to enter as he said the Internet looks 2go through the garage then the 3 units behind. For this i called then told him how 2 organise it - not sure if he turned up while we were out. Also got $302 parking fine parking outside the gate on driveway, i thought the notice i read was just coutesy but was not, might get fined for many days so thats a court thing as i wont pay for other days cause i didnt know and no notice was left on my car. The car spot infront of the bin area was constantly taken, and street parking not available out front everyday and didnt park inside the yard either. Perhaps a bigger obvious note saying its illegal would help...maybe on the gate itself.
