Great out of the way location with dark skies
8.0Location is terrific for star watching: no lights in the area. As there were no neighbors during the first two nights, got perfect viewing conditions. Nice view from the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
− It is not possible to keep the bathroom floor completely dry when showering. There are 2 rentals side-by side, #4 and #6. Arriving well past sunset, I got confused which driveway to take as the numbers are fairly close to one another. This rental is #6, therefore take the LEFT driveway...
A wonderful home to explore the Catlins!
8.0Perfect little crib for our stay in the Catlins. Fantastic base to explore the area. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

− The pressure pump was very noisy being located inside next to second bedroom. The shower curtain did not contain water from spreading over the floor of the room. The lounge space is too small and awkward for more than 2 people.
