Very over-priced for the condition of the property, yes it has nice views, but that is all.
6.0The location was lovely
− I was surprised Bachcare would rent out a house in that condition. The backstairs are rotten and dangerous, the front door is rusted shut and can't be opened, windows and doors were labelled not to open because they were broken or didn't work, the balustrading was below legal height and loose (we were warned of this), the matting on the deck is mouldy and growing, there were cockroaches on the floor in the downstairs bedroom, the bathrooms were not clean (spiders in the shower), and the bathrooms were way beyond their use-by date with pathetic shower flow.
