6.0The view is beautiful. The villa is decorated very nicely. It is extremely peaceful because it is so remote.
− It was too remote for me, I like being able to walk to restaurants for dinner. I've never had to leave 250 euro deposit before. I have lost money having to take that out and now pay it in in the UK. Electricity should be included in the holiday rental, not measured to avoid 'excessive use'. Linen should also be included in the cost of renting the villa.
Good to know
The sea can be reached on foot via a 500‑meter coastal path with a 150‑meter elevation change. Comfortable footwear is essential.
• The path is natural and not suitable for strollers or guests with mobility difficulties.
• The historic center of Sperlonga and the main beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car along the panoramic Sperlonga road, with sea views along the way.
• Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional fee.
• Please note that the water is not drinkable.
