1.0Nothing Its asking us to clean, get bed sheet pillow case ready to be picked up and etc
− House is full of dust, provided towels were full of lints Asking customer to clean is ridiculous
Although affordable, we will not be staying at this property again
3.0Check-in was reasonably easy, although having to provide photo ID to receive the details for accessing the key, especially after we had already paid for the accommodation, was annoying
− Prior to accessing the property we received a message advising about the expectation for us to clean the property once we were finished however we found the condition of the property was not of a clean standard. There was a layer of dust on most level surfaces and under/behind furniture. We also had an older member of our group sit on one of the dining chairs only to have it collapse under him. Upon inspection it was found that two of the six chairs had broken legs. There is also a part of a tile missing in the shower recess that I scraped my leg on causing a bruise/injury.
In summary, we paid more than we expected and had to do our own cleaning.
3.0The location was good and the rooms were a good size.
− We had to make and strip the beds as well as doing the cleaning. We also had to pay a $15 pp linen fee which wasn't clear in the listing.
