Was pleasant and suited us as a base to wind down after a hectic few months

Loved the house, it’s location, quirky artwork, cleanliness and how well equipped it was.
6.0House felt very clean on arrival. Plenty of bright white towels. Bedding was white and very clean and fresh. Plus a nice welcome pack on arrival.
− Shower and washbasin in downstairs shower room didn’t drain making them impossible to use. Disappointed with attitude of some staff when discussing this having informed them we were happy to wait for it to be sorted after we left. They sent maintenance round to repair it, my elderly father requested they return another time. I received a call from Suffolk Cottages telling me more than once in the conversation that because we’d refused them entry we’d be liable for any damages. (Again this was repeated to me more than once). It felt a bit threatening - and all after I’d asked them to check it after we’d left.
