− Die nervtötende Kommunikation mit den alleine durch KI-generierten Emails und die KI gesteuerte Gästemappe! Keinen einzigen persönlicher Satz erhalten. Ist sowas von UNPERSÖNLICH, man existiert nicht wirklich als Person. Es gibt keine Kommunikation, es können keine Anfragen gestellt werden. Wollte eigentlich die Buchung wieder stornieren aufgrund der fehlenden Rückmeldung.
