A very relaxing stay with great views.
10.0A lovely cosy cottage with a great view and in a beautiful location. The cottage had everything we needed, it was really comfortable, felt private and is in a super location for exploring the local area.
Perfect quiet views of hills and farmlands

10.0Right on the edge of the village with stunning views over Scottish countryside. Nice and quiet. Good range of amenities eg oven, hob, microwave, toaster and air fryer. Host Cameron was excellent with his communication and even brought us a wedding anniversary gift and card!
− Nothing. The only thing would be that a supermarket closer would be useful- the village store is a bit limited, but I think that is part of the charm of Tomintoul!
Perfect escape in the mountains
10.0The cottage is a perfect escape for 1 or 2 people. The location on the edge of the village has great, uninterrupted views to the mountains. There is also a garden with table and chairs, and when I sat out to enjoy a cold beer, the silence and peacefulness were astonishing. It's a short 5 minute walk to the lively village with its shop, bars and restaurants. I rode to Tomintoul on my motorbike and the route from Cock Bridge to the Lecht and on to Tomintoul is out of this world.
Ideal, cosy rural retreat just a few minutes from Tomintoul centre.
10.0Cosy and welcoming. Huge for a couple with large lounge / diner / full kitchen and separate shower room, and laundry room. Large double bedroom. Cairngorms views from all windows. Spotlessly clean. Warm upon arrival despite the weather.

10.0Een rustige ligging met een spectaculair uitzicht. Voor twee personen een ruime woning waarin alles voorhanden was.
− Jammer van het elektrisch vuur wat toch ouderwets was en waarmee ik, hoewel het werkte, niet goed mee overweg kon in deze tijd van inductie kookplaten. Eerlijkheidshalve moet ik toegeven dat de gastheer me een handje heeft geholpen.
