The house has a large living room and two bedrooms (each of them with a balcon). One of the bedrooms has an air conditioner, all other rooms have celiving fans (which work fine). There is nice large porch (also with a ceiling fan). The house is well furnished (not new, but art and cozy). The communication with the host was easy, she is very friendly and has prepared for us a wellcome gift basket and also toys for our children. The pool is shared with other houses, but is empty most of the times (1 min walking distance from the house). The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It even had beach chairs and umbrellas, which were very convenient for visiting the nearby beach. The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful. We also enjoyed spending time on the lovely terrace. It was a perfect place to relax in the morning and evening. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, and the barbecue was a great bonus. Overall, it was a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend it.

Мы жили на вилле почти неделю. Это дом, у которого есть душа, а не просто обезличенные апартаменты. Здесь есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Зонтики и пляжные полотенца, детские игрушки и настольные игры - очень нам пригодились. Все полотенца и постельное белье были чистыми. У дома своя очень уютная атмосфера. Здесь всё обставлено с любовью. Любезная хозяйка отвечала на все наши многочисленные вопросы оперативно и развёрнуто. Книга с рекомендациями хозяйки была очень полезна для нас. Мы следовали рекомендациям и посетили много интересных мест. Очень хороший пляж и совсем рядом, с детьми идеальный вход в воду. На пляже немного народу и очень чистая вода, что является несомненным преимуществом. На пляж мы ходили по 2 раза в день, прямая дорога и близко. Вилла хорошая, нам не хотелось уезжать.

− На мой взгляд, было бы здорово сделать на вилле генеральную уборку, тогда вообще все будет идеально. Бассейн работает только в вечернее время пару часов, но не очень симпатичный, чистый на мой взгляд. Мы только 1 раз там плавали. Предпочли ходить на море, там нам было хорошо. Ближайший магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы, и он очень маленький. Поэтому всё же нужна машина.

Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé, propre. Rien à dire On se gare très facilement La plage est à 5mn à pied, juste en bas de la rue. La piscine est collective mais très grande et il y a peu de monde

− L’insonorisation est insuffisante. Il faut changer ces vieilles fenêtres La piscine n’est accessible qu’apres 17h30

− Близость дороги создавала дополнительный шум. Иногда это вызывало дискомфорт, но это не критично

Very good for a relaxing family trip

The property is close to the beach, has a nice garden and everything you need for a family. The nearby beach isn’t crowded and the sea is ideal for children because it is not deep and tempestuous.

− The only disadvantage is that it is situated near a crowded road that is quite noisy.
