Great location, big house, minor issues supported well

Lovely location, great layout of the house and it was well equipped, clean and big enough for us as family of 6 easily. Nice welcome pack and good support from the agent.

− Heating and hot water did not work but the agent talked us through a recovery and subsequent workaround. The hot water capacity is unlikely to cope with a full house.

Potentially an excellent place for a group but needs a bit of love & attention to bring it up to meet its potential.

Great position, the beds were very comfortable, lots of space and great views. Ideal for a large group.

− The broadband was very poor, unusable for 10 people, it needs a better quality rooter or supplier. The first impression of the house is not good it needs cleaning around the window & door frames, it looks a bit dirty from the outside, & the top of downstairs bathroom window was covered in cobwebs & hard to shut, so needs cleaning & fixing. The kitchen equipment is lacking, they need more knives. Serving dishes & bowles, frying pans & a cake tin would be good. We really struggled to cook & put food out on the table.

The house was very spacious although kitchen a bit small.

− Heating was difficult to get to grips with Steps up to the front door were tricky for an elderly person tripped up easily The key safe could be lower down on the wall was a bit high for a short person.
