10.0La ubicación excepcional, muy cerca de la calle principal y bares, se puede ir andando hasta la piscina municipal, la comunicación rápida en todo momento y esta perfectamente equipado para pasar unos días, la decoración es muy moderna y agradable
− Para ir al baño hay que bajar las escaleras,

− El acceso es malísimo. Indican que es peatonal pero no es correcto, solo unos metros delante de la casa. El acceso son callejuelas incómodas ambos sentidos y problemáticas para salir de ellas. Nada de parking ni garaje tampoco lejos de ser posible cerca.
