9.0Excelente duplex en un barrio tranquilo y acceso a playas amplias y tranquilas en Novo Tramandaí. En auto se llega rapido.al centro y otrs.ciudades del litoral gaúcho. Muy cordia su dueño, Carlos. Todo muy bien!

9.0Show de bola o sobrado...nos sentimos em casa...10 minutos à pé até a praia de nova Tramandaí... lugar muito tranquilo pra ficar com a família...O proprietário nos deixou bem a vontade.. segurança com privacidade e liberdade... super recomendo....
