Beautiful place BUT would recommend host to think about some key points

Pros: The interior of the house was nicely designed and comfortable. We enjoyed the presence of animals nearby, which added a unique rural charm The property itself has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was undermined by unclear rules, privacy concerns, and poor communication from the host. We strongly recommend that the hosts revise how they communicate expectations and respect guest privacy, both during the stay and after. Future guests should be fully informed of how strictly this property is managed to avoid unpleasant surprises.

− Lack of privacy: The neighboring property is extremely close, with only a fence separating the spaces. Conversations could be heard clearly from both sides, making it difficult to relax or have private discussions. Unclear rules and restrictions: Upon arrival, we were told that music could only be played if the neighbors agreed. This isn’t clearly stated in the property listing. If you happen to have quiet or sensitive neighbors, it can significantly limit your ability to enjoy the stay — even with respectful behavior. Extra charges and unclear policies: We encountered additional charges that weren’t explained in the booking or house rules-host set up no refund policy so even you don't agree with charges you have no choice but to leave with no refund. For instance, sharing the jacuzzi between guests staying in different rooms was not allowed even if, for example we want to share charges as 2 couples-lets use 1 jakuzzi-not allowed. The listed €65/day jacuzzi fee didn’t mention it varied based on guest numbers. This came across as an unexpected and unnecessary restriction-when bringing additional child for example jacuzzi price increased by 10€. It looks more like irritating response from host side rather welcoming behaviour. Overly intrusive hosting style: We felt uncomfortable with some personal comments and questions from the host — such as inquiries about our relationship status and unsolicited remarks like “we get all types of couples here, including lovers.” These felt inappropriate and crossed a line. Privacy concerns and unprofessional communication: One of the biggest red flags was how the host handled reviews and guest feedback. We noticed in a public response to another guest’s negative review (who stayed in the neighboring unit), the host shared personal and private details — including comments about how much the guest drank, her parenting, and other personal matters.
