Lovely comfortable rooms and great living area and a very well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Private parking to the front of the house. Smiths pub in Ballinamore is a must visit for food.

− Not enough towels supplied for 5 guests. Outside could do with some attention - briars growing up around the entrance and the fence out the back very fragile. Wouldn't stop me staying again, though.

− Trip hazard in both bathrooms. My friend had a fall. Very difficult to get taxi in this area.
