− The bath is old and needs to be refurbished or replaced. There were no extra blankets or heating and it was winter. We had the request a heater and the kind lady from the office lent us her small fan heater. It helped a lot.

− The couch was rock hard, the sliding door was hard to open and the toilets were tiny
Overall, good location but I wouldn’t go back to that specific accommodation.
2.0The location was good and the house is spacious and stunning. The location is at a pretty decent part of Paternoster and you can walk to all the bars and restaurants.
− Very disappointed in the lack of communication regarding construction that was happening next door that they were busy with throughout the day. The construction was not communicated and it happened right by our patio so we had no privacy at all. There was no coffee/ no sugar/ no tea/ no milk and no complimentary water. There also gave us 1 toilet paper in each bathroom (only 2 bathrooms) and we were 3 girls so we had to purchase more. On arrival we were told that we did not pay for our stay when we had, only to realise that there was a fault on their side and booking.com as well, this is something I had never experienced which basically ruined part of our experience, the treatment during that conversation was also disappointing.
