− In a snowy weather, the parking area was a bit tough to park as it was all covered with snow and very slippery

6.0Good location to walk to downtown.
− Unit was advertised as having 3 beds, but there was only sheets provided for two beds. The "sofa bed" in the listing turned out to just be one of those chairs that unfolds into a flat "bed" - but no sheets were provided and host was not responsive when messaged. We ended up splitting the king size bed into its two separate twin size beds to sleep and slept without sheets. Payment also had to be made in person, at an address different than the home's address. We stayed in 10 other airbnbs during our 2 week trip, and for the the price point, this airbnb did not impress.

− Not value for money. Stained cushion covers ,faulty bathroom door lock. Not well presented for the rent charged.
