Lovely relaxed beachy stay, well appointed.
9.0Extremely well appointed throughout, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful sunlit living area. And loved the water views (although not full views due to neighbouring property). Plenty of beds. Excellent location. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Property managers were very helpful and responsive.
− Appears premium in photos but is clearly well used. The floors are definitely in need of a proper mop. As soon as we arrived there was still sand on floor downstairs from previous guests and lots of ants. And a literal pile of dirt behind the downstairs bathroom door. I used a paper towel to wipe a spot in kitchen and black dirt was all over paper towel. Only one aircon unit (upstairs), for hot days the downstairs room (for children’s daytime naps) was insufferably hot. It would be much better to have an Aircon unit downstairs. Especially given price of property. The outdoor furniture definitely in need of an update. There is paint peeling off of the outdoor table, flaking off on our hands when we were eating lunch which was obviously cause for concern about small children accidentally consuming paint flecks.
Location is perfect for access to Bluey’s Beach - large comfortable home perfect for families.
9.0Location was perfect right across the road from Bluey’s Beach, and close walk to local shops, a spacious house with renovated bathrooms and fully functioning laundry, fresh comfortable furniture indoors, well presented bedrooms. 3 tv’s so it was great to have options to have kids area and adults tv viewing. Double garage for cars to be parked indoors, convenient outdoor shower and decks for everyone to spread out and have their own space - perfect for a very large family or 2 families.
− Unfortunately the neighbours trees are overgrown & impact the view of the ocean it is not the same now as the image in the advertising. Outdoor furniture a little tired and rusty (understandable being so close to the beach)

9.0Great view, and nice walk along the beach to the little strip of shops. Everything was very clean, and all kitchen utensils, glasses, etc we needed were available.
− Downstairs shower doesn't have exhaust fan, and was leaking out of shower stall all over the ground.
