10.0Very nice house above expectations. Kitchenware way above the minimum, 2 fridges and A/C. Well located, independent and very easy communication with owner prior and during staying. Photos are real and all was working in the house. Would love to come back again. 100% recommended.

Its like being in a friends house, so have no expectations. Except for the bill.
4.0The weather was nice.
− When you stay in a friend’s house, you cannot complain. In this case, you get the same feeling, but you are paying for it as if it is a professional place, which it is not. The facilities are dated. There is no in between cleaning. Expect all colors and states of deterioration of the bed linen and towels. This property lacks the professionalism we have experienced with other properties in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. The deposit of 1500 EUR was just funny. In our opinion there was nothing worth 1500 EUR in the whole house. The couch smells, the microwave and the washing machine are dirty. The pool wasn't cleaned as promised. The location is pretty far from everywhere, except the neighbors. The houses are pretty close to each other. We could even hear the neighbor snore, although my wife thought that was a motorcycle. In the end we decided just to leave early. We enjoyed the luxury of a hotel with normal service.
