Please inform Brendon Ház in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. The property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos.

The pallet stove may be used from November. If you would like to use it sooner, please inform, so that we can provide you with pellets (these must be purchased from us, at 10 euros/bag). No other pellets may be used.

From November onwards, an additional heating costs allowance of 10 euros per day must be paid as standard. This must be paid in cash at check-in. You will receive 1 bag of pellets per day. This is enough to keep the whole house pleasantly warm. If your stock runs out, you can always purchase more (10 euros/per bag).
