Spacious house in fabulous location.
7.0The location is fantastic and the accommodation is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The upstairs lounge is light and lovely and we enjoyed the little conservatory a lot.
− The dining facilities were poor. Inadequate table and chairs in the kitchen; table and chairs on another room down the corridor in a very gloomy room. Would be nice to take the carpet up in that room and dedicate it to being a dining area. Some of the beds were too soft. I think the house was perhaps in transition of being updated and the bits that we thought had been updated were lovely. No problem with old furniture, but the property needed some cheering up in some parts.

9.0The standard of the property was excellent along with a fantastic location.
− The key box has recently been repainted and this has made it almost unusable, we were unable to open it upon arrival and had to contact the out of hours team. We did manage to pry it open with the use of a screwdriver after a short time. I would suggest that the key box be replaced to avoid this in the future

8.0Accommodation very roomy, comfortable and well equipped. Very close to a lovely beach and easy walking distance to the High street with all amenities. View from the upstairs sitting room is fabulous.
− Lock box is fiddly and could do with being replaced

9.0Location is fantastic, the is more than space in the property for large families .
− There was no dedicated Parking spot so parking was a bit awkward, but nothing we had trouble with. Drive around and we always found somewhere.

9.0Fantastic location. There was a problem with the hot water, which the management company were unable to resolve, however once the owners were made aware of the issue, they went out off their way to fix it.
