− Absolutely terrible experience at 29 Cypress. The booking was advertised as non-refundable, but only after we booked were we told that linen was not included and would cost an extra $15 per person. This was never made clear before booking and felt like a hidden charge. When we arrived, there were no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. The couches had a strong urine-like smell, making them unpleasant to sit on. To make matters worse, the air conditioning/heating was not working at all. As the weather was cold, the house was extremely uncomfortable. For the price we paid, these are basic amenities that guests should reasonably expect or, at the very least, be clearly disclosed before booking. Hidden extra charges, missing essentials, unpleasant-smelling furniture, and no working heating made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend staying at 29 Cypress unless these issues are properly addressed and the listing is made fully transparent about all additional costs and the amenities that are not provided.

10.0Great house for a family get get together, great location and the house was great for the kids with swimming pool and walk to beach and club. Highly recommend!

− The fact we had to clean everything before we left was disappointing as we were on holidays. Didnt use the bbq purely because we felt it had to be cleaned spotless before we left. I understand that some people can leave things pretty grotty so that is why they ask for it to be cleaned.

− Too many signs up stating lots of rules and the lounges need a clean. The vacuum cleaner was broken and very minimal supplies provided (eg no soap and only half a roll of toilet paper provided).
