4.0House location is awesome , Views are amazing . Host is lovely. Tv is a good addition for rainy weather when you can’t leave the house .
− Property is dilapidated and needs renovating. Floors upstairs are destroyed ,splitting and lifting. Paint has been applied to cover up mould. Cracked broken tiles on stairs and bathroom upstairs. Broken downstairs door and shower doors are full of mould and hard to close . The house needs thorough cleaning. Can’t use out door braai as the smoke enters the inside fire places and pizza oven. Unfortunately not suited for families with small kids and babies with the stairs and a baby gate that doesn’t work. The house is perfect for a group of men on a fishing trip. We picked this house because of the very high rating , it doesn’t live up to it at all.

This house is great for a big family with loads of space and fantastic views.
8.0The location is unbeatable! I would go so far as to say this is the best located house in all of Pearly Beach. Just a walk across the dunes to get to the pristine beach with perfect shells and waves. Fresh fish from Gansbaai barbecued to perfection on the beautiful outdoor grill was amazing. The owners and housekeepers are responsive, very helpful and friendly. This is world class!
− I totally understand the relaxed vibe and lived in feel of the house but it needs a bit of maintenance (light bulbs here and there, broken blender, musty smell in downstairs main bedroom, outdoor pillows and throws need a wash) especially as it is so close to the sea. After a few days, though, you forget the issues because it's so beautiful. It's just a suggestion.
