Są obiekty lepsze.
5.0Obiekt duży i nadający się na zamieszkanie nawet 9 osób. Okolica cicha. Dużo przestrzeni. Praktycznie wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego życia.
− Zły adres podany w ofercie Booking.com na na mapach Google. Otóż w ofercie jest podana Rua do Queira 24, a w rzeczywistości to Rua do Queira 12. Pod 24 gospodyni zrobiła oczy jak spodki i była zaskoczona, że taki adres jest podany. W chłodne i deszczowe dni dość zimno w obiekcie, który widać, że wilgoć chłonie jak gąbka (odchodząca farbva z powodu wilgoci). Nie jest to nowy obiekt. Nieelastyczność właścicieli - prośba o wyjazd godzinę później spotkała się z odmową chociaż obiektyu nie trzeba było po nas specjalnie sprzątać (zajęty jeden pokój i używana jedna łazienka).

− La maison pourrait bénéficier d’un grand nettoyage en profondeur (saleté visible sur les rampes, murs, etc) Porte coulissante pour entrer sur la propriété ne fonctionne pas bien: communication envoyée à l’hôte et aucune réponse reçue.. avons du laisser la porte ouverte pendant notre séjour car craignions de ne pas pouvoir quitter la propriété! Beaucoup d’humidité dans la maison avec signes de moisissures à plusieurs endroits (murs, stores, salles de bain, malles à linge, échelles à serviettes, etc) Plusieurs équipements en mauvais état ou même brisés
Good base for Sete Cidades area
8.0Location was great, lots of space, very clean, private and secure. Good hot water for showers! Wifi was fine.
− We were originally going to be 3 couples but one couple had to cancel. Just as well as this property isn't really set up for more than 4 people. Property is slightly run down and felt musty. Needs some upgrades.
