− Very dated, mattresses need replacing, games tables were all in a terrible state

5.0It is a large house with plenty of room to move about. The bathrooms were nice, clean and modern.
− The kitchen looked and felt unclean. Certain parts of the house, inside and outside were not as good as they could be, cleanliness and tidyness wise.
Did not live up to expectations
3.0A spacious home. Updated bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen but no coffee maker - not even a press. Instant doesn't do it for our family. Garage converted to a play room which would be great for some guests.
− Location is at one end of Snells Beach. There is a short but fairly steep path down to the water. You are not at the main part of Snells Beach Bedrooms sparsely furnished - lack of bedside tables, no suitcase racks Only 1 bathroom towel each and no wash cloth Living room and bedrooms need updating although everything clean and in good repair No rubbish bins in the bathroom. No spare liners for the kitchen bin Did not think it was value for money

− Tired, old fashioned and although the bedding and carpets were clean the windows and rest of the house was grubby
