To pay over a thousand pounds I expect the standards to be higher

− Cleanliness/no mop / brush or hoover /cob webs/stained carpets and furniture as we had to turn the cushions over on the sofa and the loose cushions need washing The gate wouldn’t close with out lifting it Dinning chairs are rusting Light shades are thick with dust Baking tray is rusting Hot tub lid needs replacing and there was a screw hanging out of the side I have photo to prove it We found some boxer shorts behind the net curtain in all way Ii was bitten twice so who has rated this as a five star must be blind so to me this needs a thorough clean not happy at all
