Sporco e molto trascurato. Molte cose non funzionano (a comiciare dalla ventola di un bagno senza finestra). C'è una moquette che è veramente disgustosa:: sporca e piena di grosse macchie ovunque. Davvero irrispettoso verso gli ospiti.

Nothing absolute slum from decor to carpets not cleaned disgusting place with a real dodgy car park across road frequented by local vandals

− Absolutely spoilt trip to Scotland booking.com washed there hands of it were no help claiming only to be 3rd party nothing to do with them,left Stranded by them as not fit to live in

We really enjoyed our two-night stay at Gemini House in Tillicoultry. The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The living room gave us great space to unwind together. The kitchen was fully equipped which made preparing meals easy, and having a washing machine was very convenient. We also appreciated the free WiFi that helped us feel right at home. The garden provided lovely views of the surrounding hills, making it a peaceful spot to relax. Parking was free and available right outside the property, which was a big plus. The location is quiet but close to a convenience store. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby Sterling Mills Outlet for some shopping. It’s a great base for exploring Scotland.

− A few small touches could improve the overall experience, for example a little more attention to detail and tidying up the garden. Nothing major!

Shops are near by. There was heating. The kitchen had everything I needed.

− Both showers are moldy. Cleanliness in the whole house was not good - very worn down. Carpets are very worn down. The rubbish outside was overflowing. Host expected me to put it on the road side. The yard was untidy, there were cigarette stumps laying around. The entrance door outside was broken.

The size of the property and the location to the town. The easy and convenient parking. Well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar milk and well as toiletries

− Nothing really, it wasn't the cleanest with cobwebs, but it the surfaces etc were clean
