WE LOVED EVERYTHING AND ARE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT GOING BACK NEXT YEAR!!
10.0For my family - we liked everything ( I asked everyone - from 10 year old grandson, a 13 y/o girl, two 20 year olds and a 30-something woman, to my 71 year old self). The beds were comfortable (except that the bunkbed mattress was not so comfy for my 200+ pound grandson). We loved the open area of kitchen, living room and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, but next time we'll bring bigger cookie sheets and bigger frying pans. The fridge held all of the food we bought, but we did run out of ice twice during our stay. A quick Instacart delivery fixed that! The BBQ worked perfectly for our hamburgers/hot dogs/chicken dinner one nite. All of the kitchen appliances worked perfectly. ALL of my correspondence with property management was, before and during our stay, very friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The king and queen size beds were very comfortable. Early mornings under the pergola were delightful and I enjoyed every morning there. The young people enjoyed the jacuzzi every night and were also in the pool from after breakfast until dinner time. FYI: When the wind blows in the desert, which it did, sand gets in the pool and in the house, but that's what brooms are for!
− I am 71 years old and not as steady going up/down stairs as I'd like. So - it was a little scary for me to get into/out of the pool without any kind of handrail. I just dragged a patio chair nearby and that helped. I did not try to get into the jacuzzi. The pool is a good size, but only 3 feet deep on both ends and 5 foot deep in the middle...the kids wished that the pool was deeper. There's an area right outside the sliding door from the dining area, on the cement, that is VERY SLIPPERY when wet. Although no one was injured, 3 of us skidded on the slippery surface. The pool could us alot more shade - the 2 umbrellas were a big help, but needed moved with the sun. The pool had the beginnings of algae upon arrival, but was cleaned the following morning. We arrived on Monday afternoon, pool was cleaned Tuesday morning but not again until Friday morning before we left at 10 am. There were no mention of cameras on the property but we saw that there was a RING camera system and did not see any cameras inside, only outside. The description on Booking.com mentioned a walk-in shower and there was none, only 2 "regular" showers/tubs. The 2nd bathroom has no window to open. A couple of the sheets/pillow cases needed to be washed before they were slept on, so having the washer/dryer on site was great! The pergola has a completely solid roof, but does not offer ANY shade once the sun heads West. The furnished pool towels are NOT thick, but they get the job done and dry quickly. It might have been helpful to have some kind of clothesline in the backyard, to hang swimsuits after the day in the pool. I know that might be an issue with desert winds, but it was just a thought. And I know that there was a "clothes dryer" in the master bedroom closet, but it's not the same as a clothesline.
Would be great in the hot desert summer
6.0The pool and the master bed was comfortable
− I paid an additional fee for pool heating and could not control the temperature and was unable to enjoy the pool at night and the spa was just warm.
Great hosts, great value, and a great place for a family retreat.
8.0Clean (inside and out), washer and dryer, pool was clean, hot tub worked, area for pet was great, inside of house smelled good, tv was easy to access, stove was very clean, games/puzzle, nice putting area, very comfortable outdoor area, great showers
− Living room seating, not enough towels

Desert stay
10.0I and 3 others were in town attending a large family reunion over the 4 day holiday. The gathering venue was 0.6 mile away; a quick drive or walk.. This comfortable home allowed for a leisurely breakfast and a fine place to nap and sleep. Short term rental is new to me. Thanks for your great instructions, your welcome greetings, and for being in touch. That made a difference. I hope to return. Thank you!
− 3 coffee drinkers with only a keurig to use. We did fine
