− Not a thing, every thing that you would have needed was there, couldn't ask for anything more, we will be back sometime in the futcher, and anybody booking will not be disappointed, we have been staying in donegal this last 20 years and it has been the best place for us

10.0The house was in a beautiful, quiet location on a country lane with a magnificent view, yet only a five minute drive to Mountcharles Pier one direction and to Mountcharles village another. The pier was recommended to us by our host, Catherine, and was a hive of activity in the evenings with locals gathering to fish, swim and boat. There was also a lovely coffee shop and petting farm overlooking the pier. It was an authentic insight into local life and we went there most evenings. Location was ideal - quiet enough to feel like you were away from it all but with easy access to Donegal town, Killybegs and fabulous beaches. The house itself was five star - quiet, plenty of space (including a huge walk-in wardrobe off one bedroom) , very nicely decorated, modern with a fantastic kitchen, large flatscreen etc, and excellently equipped with a generous supply of cleaning products and toiletries. Catherine was fantastic to deal with - extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Our kids were begging to return! I could not recommend the house and host enough.
− Nothing really. Suggest the mattresses in the two end bedrooms upstairs may be due an update but they were absolutely fine for our children and otherwise the house was easily the best I’ve stayed in in Ireland and our host Catherine was a pleasure to deal with.
