8.0Location is good, close to the beach and walk distance from the center
− We had one morning without water for an hour due to some issue with the property, not the municipal water supply. For some it can be an Issue. The gas also ran out in our last morning. The shower head in the 2nd floor is falling apart and there are ants in the kitchen area. We did not really care as we were 3 friends and we spent our days outside but for families who would like to cook etc - it might be an issue.

10.0Il nostro host Santiago è stato davvero incredibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La casa è un villino a due piani con inserti in legno, meglio di come si vede dalle foto. Camere ampie e aria condizionata, balconi e vicinissima alla spiaggia
− La posizion è a circa 10 15 minuti di strada dal centro che come tutta l'isola non è asfaltata per cui non è comodissimo ma si sta comunque molto tranquilli e vicinissimo a una bella spiaggia

7.0Received keys and a got a good tour of the house on arrival. Great location close to the beach and about 15 min walk / 5 min taxi from the main town / beach area. Good sized house with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cool deck areas.
− Lack of amenities on arrival (toilet paper, rubbish bags etc.). TV did not work. Main bedroom bedframe was broken so was uncomfortable. Bathrooms could use a clean. No washing machine.
Nice, modern apartment
10.0The apartment was very spacious, clean, and modern. It has 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 big terraces, a living room with a big dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach, a 15-minute walk away from the city center. Alberto, who gave us the keys upon our arrival, was also very nice and responsive.
− The Internet was pretty slow.

9.0The place has a well equipped kitchen (cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, pans etc) with gas stove and a fridge. It also has 3 large bedrooms.
− The living room sofa is a little small, but you're favourite place to hang out will be the beach anyway .
