1.0− Cafards partout. Odeur d'humidité partout, surtout dans la salle de bain. Piscine sale. Le lave linge a détruit mon t-shirt. Sièges de la terrasse cassés. Traces de colle sur les sols et murs. Le gérant ne répond pas.

6.0Man hat eine super Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür und man kann den Wellen zuschauen.
− Viele Dinge sind kaputt oder dreckig. Zum Beispiel die Polster auf den Liegenstühlen oder Flecken auf dem Sofa Außerdem waren Bett und Kleidung feucht, auf Grund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Keller. Man kann über die Klimaanlage eine Air Dry Funktion benutzen, die muss allerdings dauerhaft laufen. Damit war es etwas trockener. Lebende Kakerlaken haben wir nicht gesehen…allerdings lagen zwei tote Kakerlaken unter der Treppe im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Türen der Nachbarn, was in der Nacht oft zu schreckhaften Aufwachen geführt hat.

8.0Fijn en leuk apartement. Mooie locatie met super uitzicht.
− Tuin kussen vies en kapot. Krukken op het dak terras waren stuk. Vieze lijmresten op de vloer, dit leek in eerste instantie op kots. Bank was vies. Alles makkelijk op te lossen door bijvoorbeeld een grandvoluard, kleed op de vloer en nieuwe tuinkussens.

4.0The only good thing was the pool and the view with the sound of the wave. The kitchen was well equiped.
− Have in mind that it has 3 levels with stairs. The rooftop was dirty at our arrival , the only chairs available weren't functionals, even if we notified it , nothing was done. The rooftop door is very heavy to open or close ( we were notified at our arrival ). My companion had his two fingers crushed by it by night 3 while closing it and being careful , since the door is very heavy and the closing had to be done while being on a staircase. The room was outdated , the sofa had a bad smell , the floor was dirty on corner ,with spider web everywhere. It would have been appreciate of the kitchen had salt, oil for basic cooking . The bed was unconfortable and with humitidy and cockroach on last floor.

6.0Een prachtige locatie en dakterras met mooi uitzicht.
− Veel kleine verbeteringen mogelijk zoals: kapotte rugleuning barkruk op dakterras, oude loungestoelen en oude/vieze kussens op de lounge stoelen, geen gordijnen in de slaapkamer, bed was niet heel comfortabel
