Really good everything you could want
10.0Property had everything needed for self catering. Very well decorated. Lovely ambience. North Berwick is a lovely place, great variety of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops, Good public transport links if you didn't want to use your car. Easy to get into Edinburgh. Lots of castles and gardens to visit.
− I know this is not the property's fault, but the only downside is that the walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops was about 10 minutes and it is an uphill walk on the way back.

Great location had all the utensils etc you need. A little tired looking but clean inside. Wouldn’t stay again.
5.0Location Had everything you needed
− Tired looking Lights flicker in all rooms meaning some lights you just can’t put on. Saw a mouse outside the property Owners turned up the day we arrived to cut the hedges and law, meaning we were sitting and eating and having to have them keep going by the window. Just odd they couldn’t do it before. Although lovely people.
Easy access, great location, fantastic to have a fireplace.
8.0Location ensures a healthy walk to and from the beaches, but we enjoyed that! The house itself is great, bath and shower easy to use. We loved using the fireplace in one of the chillier nights - all ready and with instructions on how to light.
− Some in my party mentioned a smell on the sheets and towels, but I couldn’t pick it up.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, as well as exploring North Berwick and Edinburgh,
10.0Immaculate, cosy house with fresh decor. Excellent location being close to the beach and the train station. North Berwick is a lovely seaside town. Everyone we met was very friendly.

5.0Location of the house was good.
− The house was absolutely freezing when we arrived. There were instructions in the booklet as to how to amend the heating but it took hours for the house to warm up. Timing the heating for the same time as you expect guests to arrive is not sufficient in the winter.
