10.0A nice owner, Fernando. Place cold but good heater in the living room. Used the baby pad from IKEA to pad the hard bed and used the quilt for warmth. Small couch in living room and used a baby blanket for warmth. Well equipped kitchen. Huge garden with fruit trees. He provided us with a bottle of wine, apples, oranges and cake. Nice. Good private parking.
