8.0Stunning views over Bute, open plan living area was lovely & good television. Well situated and a well stocked shop not far away.
− The bed wasn’t comfortable, in need of a new mattress. The property was quite dusty, all the skirting boards needed a good wipe & bedroom surfaces were dusty. However, Bathrooms & kitchen were clean. Kitchen equipment was lacking. Not enough choice of pans. We had been staying in hotels for 10 days & wanted to do some cooking. The mugs were a disgrace, they just wouldn’t come clean. There were no non slip mats for the showers, had to put a towel down. The most dangerous thing was the steps down to the property. We were warned about them so that wasn’t the problem but the rail was loose and an accident waiting to happen.

− There is no door for the ensuite area/master bedroom. We appreciate that the property is 'working progress'.

− Maybe the heating could have been on for our arrival? It was cold when we arrived at 4pm and it took four hours to heat up comfortably.
