Es war Mega schön sorglos durch den Besitzer informiert und er hat uns kleine Tipps für den Bus und Bäcker gegeben
10.0Klein fein und schön tolle Ausstattung und schöne Raumgestaltung
Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Vermieter war dreist und "beamtisch übergenau". Keine Kulanz.
2.0Auf engem Raum vieles schön eingerichtet. In einer kleinen Wohnung vieles untergebracht. Das Bett oben wäre wohl für ein Kind nett. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Lage - und auch unweit von Bayreuth entfernt.
− Der Gastgeber war sehr unfreundlich und wir fühlten uns komplett nicht willkommen. "Late-Check-In" um 20:30 kostet 90 Euro. Regulärer Check-In geht bis 19 Uhr. Das finde ich dreist, zumal ja ein Tür-Code bei "Online-Check-In" genannt wurde. Da hätte man gern ein Auge zudrücken dürfen - aber Vermieter sah das eben anders und pochte im Chat darauf, es sei mein Fehler gewesen nicht früh genug den Late-Check-In angefragt zu haben. Es gibt versteckte Kosten, die man bei Booking nicht gut sieht. Sie sind nicht benannt. "Mietvertrag" wird zugesendet, sobald man gebucht hat. Da stehen dann weitere Kosten aufgeschlüsselt, sowie, was alles von den Mietern erwartet wird. Schuhe immer ausziehen, Handtuch an die Dusche legen - nicht, dass das Wasser das Laminat angreift. Man fühlt sich insgesamt eher wie eine Last, da man, selbst wenn man nur für 2 Nächte da ist, alles machen muss, wie wenn man eine Ferienwohnung für 9 Tage gebucht hat. Besenrein, saugen. Fast alles kostet extra. Stromkosten sind 50 cent pro kWh. Besser nicht im Winter hingehen, denn alle Heizungen sind Stromheizungen. Vermieter hatte 1 kWh zu unserem Ungunsten in das "Übergabeprotokoll" eingetragen - mit dem Hinweis, der Check-In sei ja um 16 Uhr gewesen. Wie bitte? Ich hab doch 90 Euro für den Late-Check-In bezahlt?! Dreist. Bisher habe ich auf Booking.com nur zuvorkommende und supernette Gastgeber gehabt. Für den Gesamtpreis könnte man doch noch eine Spülmaschine erwarten. Das Schlafsofa steht direkt vor dem Bett. Also, mit viel Wohlwollen reicht es dann für 4 Leute. Eher 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wehe einer schnarcht. :-)

9.0Very helpful owner. We had everything we needed. Visiting the Bayreuth Festival this was convenient and the owner gave useful advice. It was very hot, but thanks to a fan we were able to cope. A gift of plums was greatly appreciated. Much to see locally.
− Nothing really. Seating to watch the television was a little uncomfortable. The stairs up to the room were steep and difficult to move luggage up and down. But it is a loft conversion so the stairs were adequate, and not really a problem.
