− It would be great if an air conditioner could be installed in the living room to make the stay even more comfortable.

2.0It's conveniently located near the place I wanted to visit, which made getting around very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking, which was a big plus.
− One downside was that the homestay is located right beside a busy road, and the soundproofing is quite poor — I could hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. Also, the sliding door didn’t lock properly, which made the place feel a bit unsafe.
