− Arcade machine did not work, and sofa hard. Light switch in main bedroom did not work, but one behind the headboard did.
Surprised at location on arrival as the property and location didn’t match the advertised pictures

− Location photo misleading Sofas extremely uncomfortable and need replacing Arcade machine not working. Arranged for someone to visit to fix it which didn’t happen. I’d suggest removing this item for safety reasons and remove it from marketing material. No power for a few hours ended up due to land lords not topping up the prepaid meter Property not properly cleaned and in need of some redecoration
Sadly won’t be back. Damp issues need addressing

− Smelt really awful . Think they have a damp issue (see photos) so had to have windows open whole time. Needs better kitchen equipment- pans etc needed binning! Wanted to do some washing but washing machine handle broken so couldn’t use it. Lighting bad in lounge due to awful bulbs. Main Sofa in lounge so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on it. Parking is on main road/ half on pavement so not ideal. Sadly won’t be back
Pleasant house with all you need for your stay
6.0The property was easy to find, has all the things we needed to cook, wash, sleep etc.
− On arrival I message the property to ask where the bedding and towels were for the friend who would be staying on the sofa bed, as there wasn't any left out and no bedding to put on the pillow and duvet we did find, and I never got a response. My friend staying on the sofa bed ended up cutting the weekend short, as she has the worst nights sleep due to how uncomfortable it was. There were a number of other things I messaged the property about this to give them the opportunity investigate, rather than write a review, and they said they would look into it and come back to me, however, its been nearly a month and I have not had any feedback. Bit disappointing really.
Lovely clean, comfortable house in a great location for the bike park.
