7.0Home was beautiful, we loved the back yard pool and shower.
− We had some issues with checking in. Had a hard time figuring out the code box and then had problems with the alarm system. Due to us arriving early evening there was no one to contact to get help. That was our only complaint about the place. Perfect otherwise!!

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
