7.0Großzügige Räume, gute Dusche, ausreichend Platz zum Kochen, Überdachter Aussensitz für 2 Personen ausreichend.
− Die Betten sind viel zu weich und deutlich zu schmal für 2 Personen, das bei 172 Größe und 68kg Gewicht Das Sofa ist ausrangiert und der Plastiktisch draußen ist eine Zumutung. Das Schneidebrett in der Küche ist sehr unappetittlich. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist nicht vorhanden, wegen einer Straßenbaustelle, die sich über mehrere Monate hinwegzieht. Es gab keine Info über diesen Zustand, auch keine Preisreduzierung.

9.0Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación. La cocina está bien equipada, aunque es importante tener en cuenta que no dispone de horno. Cuenta con una zona exterior que aprovechamos en los días de sol para desayunar e incluso hacer una barbacoa. También dispone de lavadora. Un punto muy positivo es que hay plaza de parking gratuita justo delante de la casa, además de una muy buena comunicación con los propietarios durante toda la estancia. Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, el hecho de que solo haya un baño puede resultar algo justo si se alojan cuatro personas. En general, recomendaría este alojamiento en Ribeira Grande y sin duda volvería a quedarme allí.

9.0Super gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Platz im Wohn-/Essbereich. Besonders toll war die kleine Dachterrasse.
