Great house but fragile

Spacious, immaculately clean home with lots of options for relaxing and fantastic kitchen. Cafe across the road and lots of restaurants a block away. Pool was great. Neighborhood is quiet.

− Needs maintenance - doors, windows, screens and curtains. Difficult to lock or close, some unattached screens and others looked too fragile to touch. Doors flew open unexpectedly or you had to get someone to open from the other side. Curtains hanging off or don't go across. Lots of flies in the mornings, so possibly holes. Needs a proper insect treatment - were cockroach traps in all kitchen cupboards but found a huge cochroach in a plastic container. Disappointed jacuzzi is noted in advertising but on arrival informed it does not heat. Lacks proper towel rails and all rooms have poor lighting

Would I stay there again, probably not, not a complete disappointment as the location and pool made up for a lot. But fo

Location was excellent, pool fantastic and the serenity spot on.

− The instructions in the email to find the place were incorrect, had us an intersection too far at the back and as it was night time made it worse, again at night with little light the lock box in the instructions was white not black as per instructions so again took some time to find. Inside the lights are very dull and in some bedrooms didn’t even work. Be careful if you think you are going to cook curry or shellfish as the I instructions in the house are you cannot, too bad if you booked it and your culture was to mostly eat curry, didn’t affect us but again no warning when you book. The door locks are very old and took some doing to operate.
