7.0La casa està bé en general, és correcte i adequada al preu. Bona comunicació amb el propietari.
− És un pèl petita per a 8 persones (o fins i tot 6). El sofà és escàs i la zona comuna petita, sobretot si has d'obrir la taula... Els coixins dels llits força incòmodes... Un altre lavabo al pis de dalt seria ideal.

8.0La ubicación un lloc molt tranquil aprop de la via verda, el impressionant Celler, la Cova Meravella de Benifallet, i el tracte amb l'Adrià, sempre atent. Molt recomanable!!
− La calefacció són diferents estufes de gas repertides per la casa, que un cop engegades bé, però al arribar ho trobes una mica fred.
