The setting was wonderful on the water. Theocation is close to where we needed to be on the canals.

− All the keys did not work on all the doors, even though we received 2 sets. Some outside furniture is rusted and broken. Dryer did not work, water dripping inside hot water cylinder. Mould on the shower glass corners. They did warn to bring own linen. But there were no kitchen cloths either. Maybe they shld tell you to bring a trailer with yr own stuff....

It was our second stay in the property, we would definitely stay again.

− The wifi didn’t work, therefore the tv (streaming services) wouldn’t work. The property was also not very clean

− Far too many emails from Port Macquarie lifestyle group. Silly, overdone, an email about every little thing. Got me annoyed by the over doing. Good location spoiled by excessive emails from Port Macquarie lifestyle group.

Very comfortable, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen needs more lighting above toaster area.

Great place but poorly managed.

Location, pontoon, layout, everything except the poor cleaning and unresponsive property management .

− Dirty dishes, utensils, fry pans and a non stick fry pan shedding and rusting which is very bad for customers health. Toilet role holder broken off so no where for toilet role. Poor property management. We had boats, no response to a question can we tie up to the pontoon, so stress about this until we arrive and find a note saying tie to the side, not in front. Why don’t they answer our question?

Great little place, would stay again but would be good to get some internet, new washer and dryer.

Great location close to shops. Lovely to have the wharf out the back and the walking track. Large bedrooms are great, and has most kitchen gadgets you need.

− Was bro overly clean- hairs on the bed and dust balls around the house - but acceptable enough to stay. The dryer is broken and sounds horrendous when you use it- a the dishwasher functions but doesn’t clean well. Probably both due for a renew. No internet as stated in ad- but feel these days a times need to offer, as the free to air TV was sketchy with reception.
