4.0- The communication with the owner was good. - The location was precise.
− - The whole house smells like cigarettes very heavily. - One of rooms was cold as there was just one small heater in it which was not enough to get the room to a normal temperature. Luckily we did not need that room as in the last moment some people from our group decided not to come. - All in all the whole house needs renovating.
