− La limpieza sobre todo del área de cocina deja mucho que desear, tiene telarañas, muy oxidado, si no vas a cocinar esta bien.
La propiedad está bien por las comodidades del condominio y la ubicación pero falta mantenimiento

− La propiedad necesita mantenimiento. 2 Azulejos de las paredes se cayeron porque están mal pegados y tuvimos que pagarlos nosotros. el dispensador de agua tiene los servidores a punto de quebrarse, no lo quisimos usar por temor a que se rompa y nos lo cobren. Se fue el agua toda la mañana y la tarde y no pudimos usar baños o bañarnos.
Bonita casa para un fin de semana largo.
