10.0We loved the location of the property. Has an amazing view over Calheta and the sea. Only a 30 minute drive to Funchal if you wish to visit and about the same time to drive to Sao Vicente, so a great location if you want to explore other parts of the island. The property is very cute and has been restored to a high standard. It was nice to hear from the owners the story of how they renovated the property and how proud they are. Rightfully so! Very comfortable to sleep in. Quite nights sleep. :) We will recommend and be back next time if available.
− Sofas in the living room aren’t super comfortable as more suited for outdoors. Everything else was perfect.

10.0We had a fantastic stay at Palheirinho da Achada! The place was impeccably clean and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking sunsets each evening. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit basket upon arrival. The location was peaceful and serene, yet just a short 10-minute drive to some excellent restaurants. Francisco and Bruna were very nice and always available for any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Madeira.

10.0The house made for us a pleasant and comfortable home during our stay in Madeira. Exquisite location high above the sea shore, direct sunset view. Nice warm welcome. Rebuilt old cottage, modern but cozy, fully equipped. Sand beach within 10 minutes drive.
− Can't think of anything regarding the house. Just maybe - the navigations are not quite familiar with the street, plan your arrival carefully. If you miss it (or you think so), drive to the very end and turn back, it's the third building on the left then, a bit recessed between new built edifices.
