7.0Mooi uitzicht en grote ruimte
− Kil en klam binnen. Slechts een handdoek p.p, terwijl we er 3 dagen waren. Handdoek droogt niet snel. Ook zagen we een rat bij de poort rondlopen.
Un séjour fort agréable avec une vue fabuleuse
8.0La maison dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle et dégagée sur l'océan. Charme du bois et de la pierre, assez rustique mais le confort nécessaire est présent ; cafetière, bouilloire, grill électrique, air fryer.. De nombreuses boissons nous attendaient dans le frigo, ainsi que du thé, café et des biscuits. Stationnement privatif (un point important car le stationnement est très délicat à Madère !)
− La situation sur les hauteurs, où il fait beaucoup plus frais qu'au niveau de l'océan, la maison était assez humide de ce fait (séjour au mois de mai, mais avec une météo capricieuse, nous avons eu un peu froid) La salle de bain / WC n'a pas de porte (rideau de séparation) donc l'intimité n'est pas terrible (OK pour un couple) L'escalier qui mène à la chambre est très raide, à déconseiller fortement aux personnes ayant des pbs de mobilité.

− De estar a chover ficas com pouca opção de escolha de vir a rua deviam melhorar
Voor paar dagen oké, je moet wel goed weer hebben zodat je veel buiten het huis kan verblijven

− Hele steile opgang, héél smal trappetje naar boven, geen gezellige inrichting, rommelig, heel veel prullaria, beneden heel donker

8.0Der Ausblick ist großartig, der Garten und die Terrasse sind uneinsichtig, das Häuschen ist urig. Es gibt einen Ölradiator und einen Heizlüfter (nicht gleichzeitig einschalten, auch nicht mit dem Wasserkocher). Sollte der Herd nicht funktionieren: Sicherung raus und wieder rein.
− Es liegt an der einzigen, sehr steilen Straße nach Rabacal. Morgens sehr zeitig viel Verkehr. Sehr nahe leben mindestens drei Hunde, die fast immer kläffen und die Pumpe des Swimmingpools ist auch recht laut (die liese sich vielleicht abstellen). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war z.T. nicht hilfreich. Im Inneren ist das Häuschen recht dunkel.
