Lovely property and location to enjoy Port de Pollenca and surrounding area.

Lovely property with character and a great location right next to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff provided great service for any question. We booked breakfast at the hotel separately which was a nice addition to our stay.

− Bathroom decor is a bit old but the description and photos of the property are accurate.

Casa de pueblo, muy bien conservada con algunos toques auténticos (suelo, escalera de madera, porches) que la hacen muy acogedora. Tiene dos plantas (con escaleras): en la primera planta está la cocina y las 3 habitaciones con un baño, en la de arriba hay un porche super agradable para cenar, un salón, otro baño y una terraza. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, a menos de 1 min a pie del paseo marítimo y la playa, con muchos restaurantes, un pequeño Spar, etc. Desde las ventanas y el porche se ve el mar. Nosotros fuimos a principios de junio y pudimos aparcar sin problemas en las calles de los alrededores (quizá en pleno verano es más complicado). Casa muy bien equipada, se nota que la gestiona el hotel: sábanas y toallas de alta calidad, colchones muy cómodos, cocina super equipada, pack de bienvenida muy completo (aceite, vino, galletas, etc.). Al lado de la casa está el Hotel la Goleta con un restaurante y una cafetería, que tenían muy buena pinta (aunue no tuvimos tiempo de ir).

− Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero hay que tener en cuenta que tiene bastantes escaleras (un primer tramo para subir a la casa, y luego otro para subir al segundo piso)

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The location is perfect—right on the beach and very close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful, spacious terrace on the second floor. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen was also very cozy and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The house had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches for families—there were even things for the kids to play with and equipment for enjoying the water. We were especially delighted by the warm welcome: upon arrival, we found a lovely surprise waiting for us, including Mallorcan specialties, wine, and water. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again!

− There were just a couple of minor things worth mentioning: there was a slight, somewhat unusual smell in the upstairs bathroom, and some of the facilities felt a bit dated. However, everything worked perfectly, and these were very small issues compared to all the positives.
