The view was spectacular

− Almost inaccessible, was ridiculously hard to find and when we did find it we had to climb up around 60 rickety and steep wooden steps. There were 6 of us ranging from 66 years old to 79 years old, there was no mention in the description that it was not suitable for people with limited mobility. The oldest person in our group had to stay put in the apartment for the whole stay. It took around 24 hours for him to recover from the initial climb. The outhouse for the extra guests was very uncomfortable and needs a lot of work to make it acceptable as a holiday let. We also had a whole day when the power was turned off, although this was beyond anyone’s control it certainly did not enhance the experience. If you have anyone in your party that has the slightest mobility problems then you should avoid at all costs, likewise if you have children.

comfy beds, nice views

− The first item (not the last item) that should have been listed on the description was the Very steep driveway, followed by over 50 steep steps to the bach. I’m very fit, but after 3 trips with our food, bags, etc, it was too much. the outdoor table is falling apart and there was mold on left over coffee grounds in the small coffee press. But, the worst was NO water at all coming from the shower, and no hot water anywhere and just a trickle of cold. My husband tried to troubleshoot, he’d heard a pump going off and on in the evening, but couldn’t find anything. did not hear back for over 3 hours… we left. For the exorbitant price we paid, it definitely was sub par to places we’ve stayed that we’re half the cost. Lovely wine and fruit in the fridge, thank you, but this bach has serious problems.
