10.0La casa está en una muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, se llega andando en 10 min andando, el bosque encantado, bares y restaurantes cerca, un supermercado alado. Luego la casa tiene muy buenas instalaciones 4 buenas habitaciones, muchas ventanas, asador, cocina en general muy bien.
