3.0Buona la posizione soprattutto per la presenza di un parcheggio privato
− La struttura è posizionata in un piano interrato, con un muro di contenimento posto davanti alle finestre dell'appartamento e confinante con la camera da letto matrimoniale, causa di una diffusa umidità all'interno dell'immobile. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la caldaia spenta ed il frigorifero non funzionante; il proprietario avvertito di tali problemi è intervenuto per risolverli, sostituendo anche il frigo.
